How do I recieve my purchase?
We deliver all products by email to the purchasing party. We find it much easier and safer for all concerned. Typically this can take up to 24 hours depending on the processor and payment type.

What are your terms of payment?
Our terms of payment are basically payment in full prior to sending out any products/software. If we are working on a project with you, we may arrange staged payments with the final payment being cleared prior to final file release/setup

What is you refund policy?
As a rule of thumb, anything that can be altered by you (including software and templates) are NON refundable. Deposits for design work are non-refundable.
